Video of the Week

Nothing like a right winger talking about something he has NO understanding of. One has to hope that it is these types of events that will finally break the right wing noise machine and their simplistic/idiotic/uninformed view of the world.

The right wing's willingness to both tolerate and promote these dolts is as much a part of the Republican party's credibility problems as the policies themselves. Buckley's lucky he kicked the bucket before the ideology he championed became even more debased by such cretins.

Not only tolerate and promote, but idolize and hold them up as the truth tellers. And they wonder why so many of us refuse to engage in debate with them.

If I were Matthews, I wouldn't invite that James person back.

I would. The comedic value alone is thru the roof.

"Why is Israel at the center of this campaign?"
...because it wins votes with the Dispensationalists and Dominionists that make up a large percentage of Republican support. A Republican will stand by Israel NO MATTER WHAT.
I'd like to hear that level of truth in the campaign. I'd actually like to hear John McCain say out loud that many of his supporters have this fervent wish to bring about Armaggeddon. Then we'll see if he can spin Armageddon into a nice, positive development for America.
